GUNDUNGURRA COUNTRY - DALTON NSW

The Royal Hotel Dalton was given a new lease on life at the end of 2021, thanks to the vision and energy of Craig and Jeannette Palmer who have turned Dalton's historic country pub into a family friendly venue. I first met Jeannette at the Spring Forage & Fodder and was delighted when she asked me to come and photograph brand content for their website and social media presence. It was a gorgeous late summers day for the shoot and a great turnout by the community for the inaugural handmade market, set within the grounds of the Royal. What I loved about this shoot was the versatility of images...some sneak preview shots of the newly renovated hotel accommodation, bar scenes, market scenes, foodie shots, live music, portraits and historic details of the hotel and barn. The atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. People of all ages enjoying a catch up over a coffee or beer and pizza. It's definitely worth a drive out to Dalton on the weekend for a great pub lunch with family and friends.
