A half day shoot allows me to style & capture the interior and exterior of a 2-3 bedroom home & garden as well as a portrait of the host. You’ll get a gallery of images featuring a mix of full frame and detailed shots of each space as well as styled scenes throughout the property.
A full day shoot allows me to style & capture the interior and exterior of a 4-6 bedroom home & large garden/property as well as a portrait of the host. You’ll get a gallery of images featuring a mix of full frame & detailed shots of each space, styled scenes throughout the property and special features such as outbuildings, livestock & views.

Real estate photography provides a potential buyer with information about the property’s physical aspects. It often uses drone photography to give buyers a clear visual of the size of the house and land. The interiors are generally kept neutral to allow buyers to easily picture their own decor/furniture within the spaces shown. It reveals what state the property is in and how much work may be involved in maintaining it.
Editorial photography involves a lot of carefully curated styling with props to highlight the beauty and character of both the featured property and its owner. These images have a lot of detail to hold your interest long enough to read the accompanying story. Editorial shoots have a stylist teaming up with the photographer to create the perfect shot.
My property photography blends the informative aspects of real estate and the emotive aspects of editorial to create a visual story that speaks to someone looking to book an escape.
I style scenes that have guests imagining themselves enjoying the unique guest experience that you’ve created.

This depends on the type of property you have and how you want to reach your target audience. Most hosts have their property listed on several platforms & use social media for marketing. Half day packages start at 50 images and full day start at 80 but each package can be tailored to include more images upon request.
The recommended number of images for your property listing is approximately 30, depending on the size of your property. Too few images mean potential guests don’t get enough visual information and too many cause people to lose interest and stop scrolling, especially if the images are repetitive or poor quality. Airbnb advise including several high quality images of each area of your property taken from different angles.
You’ve selected 30 images, what about the rest?
Having a comprehensive library of images means you have ready-made content to market your business. Use your imagery for social media platforms, a website or printed material such as business cards or print advertising. Communicate your story with your photos to get the word out about your amazing accommodation.

For every hour shooting on location there are several more hours behind the scenes.
You invest in me as a professional photographer and in return, I invest my time & skill carefully planning your shoot, sourcing props & prepping equipment. Once the shoot has wrapped, I spend another couple of days editing your images & collating them into a beautiful digital gallery.
When you’re ready to launch, I’ll champion you, spreading the word far and wide about your wonderful venture on social media. Collaboration over competition is something I value and live by.
Professional photography is an investment that has ongoing returns for years to come.

How far are you willing to travel?
A.I'm based on the edge of Canberra and regularly travel to the surrounding regions of the Southern Tablelands, the Snowy Mountains and Central West. I will gladly travel to locations further afield for your project. Travel and Accommodation costs are negotiated during the client planning session.
Do you only do rural and regional location shoots?
A.Rural Photography is my passion but I will always consider opportunities that come up for urban shoots. I can transform from country to town mouse when required. Variety is the spice of life!
What kind of gear do you use?
A.I use a Canon Full Frame camera and Sigma Art Lenses. I'm a big fan of natural light and spontaneous capture so I keep it simple and high quality when it comes to the gear I use.
Do you require a deposit upon booking?
A.I require a 50% deposit to secure a booking, the remaining fee is due within 7 days of the photoshoot.
Let's face it...life and the weather gods sometimes get in the way so I'm more than happy to reschedule a shoot should things go awry. For details about bookings, rescheduling & cancellation take a look at my Term & Conditions.
